Shajar is a specialist in decision making, negotiations and crisis
management. He offers consulting services in the fields of strategic
decision making, negotiation strategy and preparation, as well
as organizational and social crisis management policy.
He has experience conducting negotiations for the oil and gas sector with local communities, stakeholders and Indigenous inhabitants in various regions in Colombia.
Shajar also designed and articulated the CSR social crisis management policy for Pacific Rubiales, a company for which he served as an adviser on crisis management matters.
Shajar is also the co-founder of GAD, a design venture through which he has been involved in design and development activities conducive to his first patent in 2011.
He worked with the public sector in Colombia and Peru in the realm of defense and security policy. His experience also includes international exposure in Canada and Israel, thus enhancing a rich multicultural background based on his educational experience which includes a Cum Laude in Government, Diplomacy and Strategic Studies earned at the Herzlyia Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Israel, and a Masters in Global Affairs, specializing in Crisis Management and International Economics at the University of Toronto, Canada.
